Prayer and fasting are practices that help us draw near to God b y removing
distractions and deepening our awareness of our dependence on Him.
As followers of Jesus, we are called not only to
believe the gospel, but to live it and share it.
Before He ascended, Jesus gave u s a clear
mission: to go and make disciples. Sharing our
faith isn't about pressure, performance, or
having all the right words; it's about loving
people deeply and pointing them t o the One who
has changed our lives. This four-week journey is
designed to help you grow i n love, confidence,
boldness, and authenticity as you step into the
calling t o be a witness. My prayer is that through
prayer, reflection, and obedience, God would
use you to shine His light and invite others into
the joy and hope found only in Christ.
Sabbath is a weekly rhythm of re-centering
our lives around God. It is more than a day off; it
i s a sacred pause that reshapes our hearts. In
Sabbath w e stop - ceasing from work and
productivity to remember that we are not God.
We rest - receiving renewal for body and soul
as a gift, not a reward. We delight - joyfully
enjoying God and His good gifts with gratitude
instead of hurry. And we worship - reorienting
our lives around His worth and remembering
His faithfulness. Practiced consistently, Sabbath
restores joy and forms u s into people who trust
God deeply and live from fullness rather than
exhaustion.
Community is not something we stumble into;
it is a gift of God and a way o f life that flows out
of our identity i n Christ. Colossians 3:12-17
reminds u s that we are chosen, holy, and dearly
loved, and because of that, we are called t o live
together with compassion, kindness, humility,
gentleness, and patience. Community forms
when we bear with one another, forgive one
another, learn God's Word together, and apply
it in our shared lives. It is through practicing
these rhythms that we move from simply
gathering to truly belonging, seeing others a s
God sees them, and allowing His Word t o shape
our relationships. This practice isn't about
perfection —it's about intentionally living out
Christlike character in real-life relationships,
noticing how God transforms both hearts and
communities as we do life together.
