Engagement DIRECTOR

The Engagement Director at Stonehill Church is a crucial leadership role reporting to the Executive Director of Adult Ministries and overseeing one to three direct reports, including the First Impressions and Care Coordinators. The primary focus of the position is guest assimilation, requiring a highly relational leader who can help connect a growing population of out-of-state transplants into the church community.
