High School DIRECTOR
The High School Director is responsible for leading and developing the High School ministry, working alongside the Next Gen Director to cultivate a culture where both current students and those not yet connected to Stonehill are inspired to find and follow Jesus.

ADULT DISCIPLESHIP DIRECTOR
The Adult Discipleship Director plays a vital role in fulfilling our mission to love all people and help them find and follow Jesus. This position is responsible for building and maintaining discipleship ministries that foster spiritual growth in adults while also developing new avenues for deeper engagement and transformation. The ideal candidate is highly relational, has a shepherd’s heart, is gifted in teaching, and is passionate about developing and multiplying leaders. Theological training is preferred.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS COORDINATOR
The First Impressions Coordinator at Stonehill Church plays a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment where every guest feels seen and valued. This part time position leads the First Impressions team, actively recruiting and training volunteers and building systems for effective onboarding and scheduling. This position also oversees Sunday huddles and leads a directional leadership team, ensuring alignment and excellence each weekend.
